The expedition took place between 1886 and 1890. The lecture at the Royal Albert Hall shown in slide 40 took place on 5 May 1890; that slide is photographed from the front cover of The Graphic of Saturday 10 May 1890.
The E.G. Wood catalogues use the title Stanley's last African expedition and add two extra slides (portraits of Stanley and Emin) at the end.
