Notes

The Veitch Collection of paintings and other art objects was bequeathed to the RAMM in 1924, after the death of Sir Harry Veitch (1840-1924). Many of the items were removed from the RAMM collection and sold at auction in 1954.

The individual paintings have been identified from a catalogue of the RAMM art collection published in 1926, which includes photographs which are probably taken from the same negatives as this set of slides.
