The earliest possible date is based on a product testimonial dated 23 January 1904, included on page 43.
It is not clear whether this catalogue is earlier or later than the similar Hughes Optical lanterns catalogue (Lucerna 4010802): the range of items included is broadly similar, with a few additions or deletions. The prices are also comparable, though again some are slightly reduced and some are higher.
