Catalogue of slide sets about World War I that were offered free of hire for 'schools, club and church entertainment' (so the introduction) in Texas. Schools only had to pay the shipping from and to the university of Texas in Austin. This service was achieved as a cooperation between the Department of Extension of the University of Texas and the Publicity Committee of the Texas State Council of Defense with the aim to promote conter-information to German war propaganda.
