Pages 80-99 and 253-314 are missing from the MHDL online copy.
The dating is based on Theobald's address (43 Farringdon Street, which they left in December 1893) on the front cover, though the copy in the Museu del Cinema collection includes a later Church Army advertisement from c.1904, tipped-in at p.173.
Much of the content consists of reprints of catalogues by other slide manufacturers. Those identified so far are:
pp.100-109, G.M. Mason
pp.110-122, Walter Tyler
pp.123-187, Bamforth & Co.
pp.188-252, Pumphrey
From references in the Index, the missing section after p.253 probably listed slide sets by Wrench and/or York & Son.
Church Army, p.171 – Notice of new address of the 'Church Army Lantern and Slide Works'
original artefact in Museu del Cinema – Col·lecció Tomàs Mallol
