Pages 99-100 are missing, and pages 98-103 partly repeat the same sets - this appears to be a printer's error in the original.
The Riley set Niggardly Ned of 1914 doesn't appear in this catalogue although it was definitely in Butcher's stock. This suggests that the catalogue is pre-1914, while the latest definite date for slide sets included is 1913. So this is probably the 1913 or 1914 catalogue.
