The caption as found in the Ivens catalogue is incorrect – the locomotive shown is Stephenson's Locomotion of 1825, not the Rocket of 1829. The next slide correctly refers to 'the same railway' as it shows a locomotive of the North Eastern Railway, successor to the Stockton and Darlington railway on which Locomotion was used.
