Slide 11 of The life and duties of the citizen (lecture: Riley Brothers, 120 slides, 1899)
– alternative version of this slidesame image as slide 43 of What'll win?: or gambling on the racecourse and off it (lecture: Riley Brothers, 60 slides, 1909)
The ship seen in the illustrated slide is the RMS Lusitania (identified from another use of the same image) but since that was launched in 1906 the slide must have replaced an earlier alternative version showing a different ship.
