The location is identified by comparison with a slide from the set The East Coast from Thames to Tweed (Lucerna 3000368). Some signage on the tents in the left background is legible in the original slide, including 'J. Batty / The People's Photographer', 'J. Rouse's Tea Shop' and 'C. Shephard / Photographer', along with several British flags.
