The printed label on this slide (partly concealed by the top binding strip) might suggest commercial production, but its other features match the remainder of the set which is clearly privately made.
The hotel name is mis-spelled in both the handwritten caption and printed label: the name is Fleischer. The hotel was still in business in 2015.
