[Part I] Gives Mr Jopp’s funny experiences in his hunt for seats to see the show. The prices asked for various desirable positions are alarming to Mr Jopp, and almost fatal to his better half, but after making the entire circuit of the procession he refuses them all, and conceives the brilliant idea of viewing the Jubilee display from a captive balloon.
