Alston, in which all the following Slides which are 'starred' are utilised. For convenience of customers this Lecture Set is given separately on page 847.
The four Slides Nos. 117, 119, 131, and 187 illustrate the saying that 'the perfect Cathedral would have the Nave of Amiens, the Choir of Beauvais, the Porch of Rheims, and the Spires of Chartres.'
