The place of each slide is notified by its number. Thus, No. 1a should be shown after Slide 1 of this set mentioned above and before Slide 2, while Nos 5a, 5b, and 5c should be shown in this order after No. 5 and before No. 6. Their places are indicated in the lecture, so that the same lecture can be used, either with the first 40 Slides alone or all 80.”
