“We are happy to be able to announce that for the first time a comprehensive and authorized Series of Lantern Slides, illustrating the Lifework of this great painter, is available.

By the courtesy of Mrs Watts and Mr Hollyer, Messrs Newton & Co. have been allowed to publish a new Series of Slides from the original works of the famous artist that are really worthy of the subject.

The Lecture accompanying the Slides on the message Watts gave to the world in his pictures is by a well-known authority on this subject, Mr C.H. Thompson, Curator of the Watts Gallery.”
