”“A story of British Enterprise in the Dark Continent, with the thrilling account of Jameson's dash to the Transvaal.
At considerable expense a perfect set of 60 Slides has been prepared connected with the recent events in South Africa.
By permission of the Proprietors of the 'Illustrated London News,' many valuable drawings by their special War Artists, made at the scenes of action, have been included, as well as a large number of original and direct views and portraits of the inhabitants of the Transvaal, thus forming an exceptionally complete and interesting set of Slides.
A well-known literary gentleman who has travelled in South Africa, has been specially engaged to write a popular and descriptive lecture, the price of which is One Shilling.
These Slides (either Coloured or Plain) are supplied at the usual prices. As the demand for this set is so great, it is quite necessary to give as much notice as possible.
