While spinning yarns under the shade of the tub, they are startled by a loud roar

They spring to their feet and dodge the tiger round the tub

The chase grows warm, but they still keep the tub between them

The baffled tiger attempts to spring over the tub

Assisted by all parties, the tub performs a summersault, and the men sit upon the top to keep the tiger under

While wondering if they should ever get down, the tiger twists his tail through the bung hole

A bright idea seizes them, and they seize the tail

Clinging to it for dear life, they get a ride over the sandy plain

The tiger pauses somewhat exhausted, and they succeed in tying the knot

They let go the tail, and the tiger runs off with the tub

The tiger makes his way to the jungle, but never gets rid of the tub

Notes

The illustrated set of slides are standard 3¼ inch square slides, but mounted in wooden frames 7 inches by 4 inches by the dealer E.G. Wood. The frames themselves are recycled from other slides in Wood's stock, and some carry handwritten titles of those slides.
