Fred Weatherly and ‘Stephen Adams’, The holy city (London: Boosey & Co., 1892)
reissued as The holy city (song: Bamforth & Co., 9 slides, in/after 1898)
see generic title The holy city (generic set title – 8 different versions are known)
This is assumed to be by Bamforth because it appears in the 1898 Wrench catalogue in the middle of a large group of Bamforth Life Model songs. In the Bamforth catalogue its place has been taken by the later 9-slide version of the set, which is assumed to be a later reissue.
