This appears to be an abridged version of Newton's longer set of Tissot's pictures of the life of Christ (Lucerna ID 3000332). The slide titles found on the known examples match those of the full set, but the slide numbering is different and suggests a much shorter set.
No catalogue listing has yet been found for this set, and it is possible that it was a selection from the full list commissioned by a purchaser rather than a set offered on general sale.
