Notes

Wing is identified as the maker because of general similarities of style with other sets known to be by that maker, but also from clear identification of Slides 16, 19, 20 and 23 with locations in Chesterton, where Wing was based in the 1900s-1910s.

The other unidentified exterior locations are assumed to be in the same place, though they have not yet been individually identified and could also be in Cambridge city centre.
