Notes

The 1894 Wood catalogue uses the title Instantaneous groups of animals.

The Indispensable handbook attributes this set to E.G. Wood, but the labelling of the examples seen and other catalogue evidence suggests it originates with Wrench.

This set appears twice in the 1909 Walter Tyler catalogue, once unnumbered (but in the position between sets 6 and 8) and once numbered 335.
