Notes

The 1888 Indispensable handbook attributes this set to E.G. Wood, but it appears in the Theobald catalogue among sets by Walter Tyler and isn't in the 1894 Wood catalogue. There may have been more than one set of this title, but it is also possibly an error in the 1888 handbook.
