People involved in slide production

FORESTIER, Amédée  (1854-1930) – creator of source image(s), slide 15

Notes

The illustrations are taken from a feature series 'From the Thames to Siberia' in several issues of the Illustrated London News between December 1890 and February 1891.

The original set appears to have comprised 30 slides – the slide listed here as slide 19 was added at a later date, with the slides after that point renumbered 20-31 accordingly. Known catalogue references up to 1909 omit that slide, but the 1912 and 1924 E.G. Wood catalogues list all 31 slides, with slide 19 (their number 30478*) marked as an additional slide.
