In the Ivens catalogue there are breaks in the typography of the list before sets 80-85 and 86-91, suggesting that those are later batches than the original[?] 1-79.
If 1-79 were all issued in 1898, then 80-85 are presumably the batch mentioned in York's 1899 OMLJ advert.
