Notes

Wilson wrote several books on marine natural history subjects in the 1930s-50s, and he is credited as photographer of slides of similar subjects made by Flatters and Garnett around the 1930s.

He was on the staff of the British Marine Biological Association from 1928 to 1969; some details here are from an obituary in the MBA's 1991 Annual Report.
