E. Baker, William King, William Lawson and John J. Jones, ‘Correspondence’ in OMLJ 2.23 (April 1891) – 'The 'ethoxo light''
The identification assumes this was the 'W. King' who wrote to OMLJ in 1891 (giving the address Friarn Street). In the 1891 Census he was living next door to York's Bridgwater factory (32 Friarn Street) with the occupation 'Manager of Photographic Works'.
