“Much interest is taken in the loan exhibition, the property of Mr A.W. Walburn (Hon. Vice-President of the Club). Mr Walburn's work is known the world over, and naturally every exhibit is a work of art. Many of the pictures have been awarded medals at exhibitions in various parts of the world, one exhibit -- a sylvan scene -- having brought its author no less than 57 medals. Mr Walburn takes the keenest interest in the Club, and with Mr A.J. Couch acted as judges in yesterday's competitions.
