The business became a limited company ('Walter Tyler Ltd') between July 1906 and July 1907 (according to London phone directory entries), and so continued after Walter Tyler's death in 1909, possibly diversifying into companies such as the Tyler Apparatus Co. (Cinematograph Apparatus Manufacturers) and Tyler Film Co. Ltd., both of which continued at least until 1914.
'Walter Tyler Ltd' disappeared from the London phone directories after the 1912 edition.
