Notes

This business became 'Wood & Co.' by the 1880s - it's credited as such as co-publisher of A.A. Wood's book on lantern use (Lucerna ID 4009101). Whether this was before or after the death of George Wood is unclear at this stage. Presumably George's son John James Wood was a partner in the new incarnation of the business.
