“A lecture was given by Mr J.L. Sagar, M.A., on Saturday evening, in the lecture-room at the R.A.M. College. This discourse formed the opening on of an interesting fortnightly series to be given during the winter on the last night of the week. Mr E.J. Domville presided. The lecture was profusely illustrated by means of diagrams, charts, and lantern slides. [short description of lecture content follows]”
