“Chipperfield, Rickmansworth - On Tuesday, Jan. 14th, above 100 of the teachers and scholars of the Sunday and Day Schools in connection with the Baptist Chapel were entertained at tea, provided for the fifth time at the sole expense of Mr. Turner and Mr. Ryan, of Chipperfield. After tea, the children were regaled with nuts, oranges, buns &c., and, after singing several pieces, some dissolving views, illustrated of the life of Joseph, &c., were exhibited by the Rev. H. Channer, of Sarratt; the pastor, (Rev. S. Couling) presided.”
