“Maidstone - In connection with the Sunday School Union, a panorama, entitled 'The Arctic Regions and the Whale Fishery' was exhibited in the Week-street school-room, on Friday evening, March 10. F. Pine, Esq., (president of the Union) occupied the chair. The exhibtion was accompanied by a descriptive lecture, given by Mr. G. B. Chapman, of the Parent Union, to whom a hearty vote of thanks was accorded at the termination of the proceedings.”
