“Lower Edmonton Baptist Chapel Sunday School - The annual winter treat was given on February 16th. After tea, the children were entertained with a very superior series of dissolving views, accompanied with a most instructive and plesant lecture given by Mr. Blake. Each child in the school then received a prize for attendance, lessons and good behaviour. An extra prize was given to the one in each class who had gained the highest marks during the year. These prizes were given by a gentlemen whose children attended the school. ”
