“'Not For Fifty Years': A six week's mission conducted by Capt. Thompson of the Church Army (Winchester II Van) and his co-worker Bro. Darlington terminated on Monday. (...) Meetings and services have been held almost every day and have been wonderfully well attended. (...) The lantern services have been specially appreciated, and the beautiful slides, illustrating the Passion and Resurrection of our Saviour, will live long in the recollection of many who perhaps could not have been reached in any other way. (...)”
