“'A Sick Room Preacher': The Lincoln II Van under the charge of Capt. Hunt, C.A. Visited this parish for a fortnight's Mission. The services were well attended throughout by a good number of our people and many were the blessings were received. The lantern lectures and services were much appreciated, especially the story of the 'Torn Bible' which was read so feelingly and illustrated by lantern slides, by the Capt. The pictures of our Saviour's Life and Death, and of the Prodigal Son, were each an unspoken sermon in themselves and were well commented upon Capt. Hunt.”
