“'Tommy at Home': (...) an eight day's mission conducted by Messrs. Hanson, Andrews and Swift, evangelists of the C.A., was brought to a close on Sunday evening. The attendance each evening was very good, and the troops listened with deep attention to the story of God's great salvation in Christ Jesus. The monsterphone was a great attraction, and the lantern pictures were interesting and instructive, especially at the children's services, which were held one our before the men's. A lantern lecture on millitary prisons, what they were and what they are, was much appreciated by the men. (...)”
