Reference

“'Light in a Dark Church': The first Church Army Van mission was held for a forthnight in this parish. We are hopeful that great good has been fone by the earnest efforts of Capt. Thompson and Brother Roberts (...). The closing lantern service held in the church on Sunday evening was most solemn and impressive and the addresses never to be forgotten by the large and reverend congregation.”
