J. Bamber, Mrs March and Nurse Morgan, ‘The Church's Holy War’ in Church Army gazette

“SOME STRANGE FACES Old Ford, Christ Church. - On Sunday, Nov. 6, we started - after evening prayer - a Lantern Service, at which were seen people who are never seen at ordinary services. The quiet attention of the people was most cheering as we listened to some straight talk from Capt. Muffett and the Rev. A. Webb. It was a time of heart searching. We pray that the Word of the Lord may break stony hearts and wills. Nurse Morgan.”
