“SIGNS FOLLOWING 'OXFORD' NO. I. VAN Walton. - The Rev. G. W. Pearse, writes: - 'The attendance both round the Van and in the Barn was very good, the addresses earnest, reverent and faithful. The excellent Lantern Slides were well used to enforce the teaching given. The Evangelists also diligently visited round the parish. The Early Celebration on Sunday gave abundant proof of the way hearts had been stirred, it being better attended than any previois.'”
