“WHAT THEY ARE MISSING Blackburn, St. Mary's. - We are still alive here, and since the New Year God has been blessing us. Some of our young men are still showing a determination to press forward, in spite of the many rebuffs they have received from their old mates, who do not as yet know God. On Jan. 29 we had a splendid Limelight Lecture, entitled, 'From the Cradle to the Cross;' the room was nearly full; the pictures thrown on the sheet were splendid; and at the close many were in tears. We pray that those who were there will think about the Life of our dear Lord, so that they may see what they are missing. We are thankful that the strike is at last settled, but we are more thankful to know that in Heaven there will be no strikes. May God bless every C.A. Soldier, and my we all be real reight daan hard workin' Christians. G. R. G., for Capt. McLeod.”
