“Open your Bibles men: About twenty members of the Men's Bible Class, which is held in connection with the C.A. in this parish, met together on Friday, Nov. 23rd, and partook of a good meat tea, after which a Lantern Entertainment was given by Capt. Barton, our Vicar, the Rev. H. E. Alderson, M.A., having kindly lent his lantern for the occasion, together with a large number of slides showing different views of India. A very pleasant evening was spent. ”
