“Two special days: On Saturday, February 24, we had a Social evening, first a Magic Lantern, subject, 'Christie's old Organ,' next a Coffee Supper, which was our first one, and very successful, over fifty being present. While the coffee was being served, selections on the concertina were rendered by Capt. Kitchen, and followed at the close of meeting by a short address on his work in the London Casual Wards; also some singing by members of the Mission.”
