“Mr A.O. Rowden read an interesting and beautifully-illustrated paper on 'Some Insects of Local Interest.' [a detailed description of the lecture content follows].

The lecture was illustrated by some 50 lantern slides, as well as by numerous specimens kindly lent by Dr Solly.”
