JAMESON, Reverend B. (fl. 1890s) – lantern operator
RYAN, T. (fl. 1890s) – lecturer
C.E.T.S. Rochester Branch – organiser
“The business composed a lantern lecture by the secretary, Mr. T. Ryan, who showed pictures and portraits of Temperance friends, including Her Majesty, the Primate, Duke of Albany, Duke of Connaught, Lord Rosebery, Sir Richard Webster, Mrs. Carlisle, Canon Ellison, Miss Agnes Weston, J.B. Gough, and others, including our dumb friends, the lion, horse, cow, and birds, all, as he said, Temperance friends. There was good attendance, with three new signatures at the close. The R.B. Jameson manipulated the lantern.”
