“Northhamptonshire - The monthly exectutive meeting was held on Friday. Mr. J. Holllingsworth presided. A resolution of sympathy with Mr. George Cave, in the loss of this wife, a past secretary of the Union and at present one of the Union auditors, was passes. Mr. E. W. Billingham, visitation secretary, reported that a large number of visits had been paid to the different schools of the Union by various friends. The executive volunteered to visit the remaining schools, and so complete the systematic visitation of the 75 schools in the Union. The lantern committee was requested to make arrangements for a series of lantern lectures on 'Oliver Cromwell and his times,' during the next few months. (...)”
