FAWCETT, J.E. (fl. 1890s) – lecturer
Henshaw National Sunday School – organiser
“Henshaw - National Sunday School - A tea and entertainment in connection with this school was held on Saturday week . After tea the vicar (Rev. D. F. Bradley) presided over the entertainment and addressed the meeting. He said the object that he had in view was that of enlarging the school, owing to its being too small to meet the increase in the number of scholars. Recitations and songs were given by the scholars, while Mr. J. E. Fawcett interested the children with his magic lantern. Prizes were given to the successful scholars. During the evening a very handsome clock was presented to Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis, both having been teachers of the above school but having new removed. ”
