“Wokingham. - Milton-road Baptist Sunday School. - On Thursday, 3rd Jan., the scholars of the Milton-road Sunday, and of the British Day, Schools, were entertained in the Drill Hall, by means of a large triplex lantern, exhibited by Mr. B. J. Malden, who for nearly two hours rivetted the attention of the children by graphically describing 'The Wonders of the World,' the title of the lecture. Previous to the entertainment tea was provided for the scholars, numbering about 320, in the British School.”
