DUNCALF, Mr (fl. 1880s) – lecturer
“Mevagissey - On Wednesday evening, January 6th, in the Congregational School-room, Mr. Duncalf gave his annual exhibition of dissolving views to the Sunday School children; the school-room was full, and many parents were present. The exhibition consisted of many gems of Devonshire scenery, the slides for which were kindly lent by Mr. Hayman, of Launceston; pictures illustrative of the story of Robinson Crusoe, the old favourite pictures of Bible story, and some of a humorous character. The children were delighted, and a very enjoyable evening was spent. ”
