“Lochend - Limelight Entertainment - The children in attendance at the various schools connected with Lochend Free Church and others were treated to a lime-light entertainment in the new Church Hall on the evening of Wednesday week. The chair was occupied by the Rev. John M'Queen, M. A., the Rev. J. R. Caird, M. A., being also present. The scenes, which were illustrative of Bible history and character, were shown and explained by Mr. Duff Watson, Edinburgh. There were upwards of 400 children present.”
