“Bath - Argyle Chapel Sunday School - On March 4th, 5th, and 6th, an exhibition of children's work was held, which proved a great success. Many prizes were given by Mrs. Tarrant for the best specimens of writing, drawing, illuminating, painting, metal work, fretwork, models, sewing, fancy work, and cookery. There were concerts, thought-reading, spelling bees, and views from a magic lantern. A cordial address was given by the mayor, who opened the exhibition. ”
