COOK, E.A. (fl. 1880s) – lecturer
Union Chapel Sunday School, Horselydown, London – organiser
“Horselydown - Union Chapel Sunday School - On Tuesday evening, March 14th, an interesting and instructive entertainment was given, entitled 'Christie's Old Organ,' followed by 'Jane Conquest.' The story was rendered more attractive by the addition of some splendid dissolving views illustrating the subjects and tunes referred to by the reader; and a well trained choir took part in the hymns, & c., thrown upon the sheet. The chapel was crowded, and the story was listened to with rapt attention; the reader was Mr. E. A. Cook, while Mr. F. Daws conducted the singing.”
